s.asmbli / subassemblies
Fulldome film

“s.asmbli / subassemblies” explores the relationship between nature and the built environment through an architectural lens.

Using 3D laser scans of architecture, ruins, and nature, the project distorts and rebuilds data into modular subassemblies, creating a dynamic timeline that balances order and disorder. Superimposing decaying, nature-invaded structures, it renders multi-layered depths that suspend physical laws, blend natural and artificial components, and shift entropy and negentropy.

Through continuous transition, destruction, and renaturation, the work expands human perception—floating between nature and human creation, as well as the abstract and concrete.
